Bird walk on Saturday June 14th There will be a bird walk on Saturday June 14th at 10:30am at the Teifi Marshes. We will meet at the wildlife centre car park (access via Cilgerran or the footpath from Tivy Tyres) and visit the hides and river. Care Home ministry 15th June We will be taking a short service of hymns, prayers and a Bible talk at Brondesbury Lodge Home on June 15th at 2pm. You are welcome to join us. Teaching on Islam 15th June ‘Engaging Muslims and Answering Islam’ onSunday June 15th at 7:00pm in Mount Zion. An evening teaching session about Islam, Muhammad, the Quran, and how to be a more effective Christian witness to Muslims today. Women Together 18th June Women Together will have a trip to Penrallt Garden Centre, Moylegrove on Wednesday 18th June. Meet there at 12.30pm. Well Women evening 20th June The Well Women evening with Lynn Lewis will be at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Aberaeron. Please note the change of date – the next supper event will be Friday 20th at 7pm NOT Monday June 23rd as previously announced. Worship Night at Mount Zion Sunday 22nd June There will be a worship night on the 22nd of June at 7pm at Mount Zion. Annual Church Picnic 28th June The Mount Zion Annual Church Picnic will be at Boncath Village Hall from 2pm-6pm on Saturday 28th June. The picnic will start at 2pm – bring your own picnic and bring cakes to share. Hot drinks will be provided and games for children (and there is a playground!). New Wine Cymru South West Region National Prayer – Sunday 29th June This will take place on Sunday, 29th of June, from 6pm to 7:15pm Emmanuel Christian Centre, 87 Pembroke Road, Haverfordwest, SA61 1LN With the present spiritual openness in our nation, this is a key moment for the church in Wales to come together. Regular Weekly Events Coffee Morning There will be coffee morning every Thursday in June from 10.30 to noon. This is a chance to catch up with friends and enjoy refreshments and chat. You are welcome! Kids Club Kids Club will be meeting on every Wednesday at 3.30 in May. All Primary School age children are welcome to enjoy games, crafts, Bible stories and snacks. | Keswick Convention Live Stream at Mount Zion21-25 July at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Priory Street, Cardigan SA43 1BU The Keswick Convention is celebrating its 150th anniversary this summer. From 11:00am to 12:30pm each weekday morning Mount Zion will be livestreaming the Bible Readings from Week 2 of the Keswick Convention. Tim Chester will be speaking on the book of Colossians. Tim is the former Chair of Trustees for the Convention and the author of more than 40 books. Mount Zion doors open at 10am. Refreshments will be available and the bookstall will be open one hour before and after the meeting (10:00am – 1:30pm). |
