    I also agree that if my child’s behaviour at the event is inappropriate and one of the leaders deems it necessary to call home, I will come to collect them or make arrangements for their collection.

    Here is some information about Mount Zion’s Youth Club, which is running the MZ Day Camps.

    WHO IS IT FOR, WHEN AND WHERE IS IT?

    The Youth Club is for young people living in Cardigan and surrounding area who are secondary school age.

    We meet every Friday from 6pm to 8pm at the Youth Centre located behind Cardigan high street, Upper Mwldan car park. We don’t meet in half-terms or school holidays.

    WHO RUNS IT?

    A team of Christians who attend Mount Zion Church. We all have current DBS checks. We have a care and concern for the young people in our area and are passionate about sharing the Christian message with them.

    WHAT GOES ON?

    There will be games, crafts, cooking and snacks and from time to time there will be trips. There will also be a short Christian message.

    REGISTRATION

    It is essential for us to have the above registration form completed for each young person to attend MZ Day Camps. This is important information and includes contact details. During the time they are at the event we need phone numbers we can contact you on in case of illness, accident or bad behaviour.

    BEHAVIOUR POLICY

    So that MZ Youth is a happy and pleasant place for young people and leaders to be, we do expect everyone who attends to be polite, respectful and co-operative. In the event of any young people being disruptive or behaving inappropriately and we deem it necessary for them to go home then we will phone you to come and collect them.

    PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO

    From time to time we take photos and video of the activities etc. for church and club use. If you are happy for your child to be photographed please tick the check box on the registration form. If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
